    Thanks. Does anyone know of? anything besides fiber that can help with overwhelming appetite? I think there is an imbalance of leptin or hormones caused by lack of sleep for over 6 years.

I have also read that growing ANY herbs/or greens? in your front yard or doorstep can greatly improve your antioxidants…the moment you harvest it and put it in your salad, much better for you because of how fresh it is!

    Theres a lot of “hype” behind antioxidants however theres a lot of research to suggest they arent necessary for a healthy huam being as your body produces plenty on its own. They have been shown to aid an ill person? however. They are extremely hyped!!!
